  • Ideal way to interview a candidate is by observing his attitude, his communication skills and his body language.
  • Select a person who is good in his presentation skills and self esteemed.
  • Induce the candidate to speak more; you can judge communication skills while he speaks more.
  • In the case of a technical interview make sure that the candidate is really capable and technically qualified, and make sure that he possess a good communication skill, he may not be able to understand you.
  • In the case of a non-technical interview make sure that he posses a excellent general knowledge and good personality skills. 
  • Don’t threaten a candidate by acting aggressive or harsh towards him, he may loose his temperament, treat him politely and genuinely so that he feels comfortable with the interview.
  • Select a person who his much interactive, even if he is technically moderate, he may help your work done easily.
  • Before the interview prepare with a set of questions to be asked, be precise in what you ask, unnecessary questions may irritate the candidate.
